Robert Kirkness

Robert’s practice focuses on commercial, public and international law. He has represented clients in a wide-range of commercial and public law litigation before the New Zealand courts (Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and District Court) and in disputes submitted to arbitration before international tribunals. He has particular expertise in disputes that raise issues of public or private international law and has represented commercial and sovereign clients in some of the most complex and high-profile matters submitted to arbitration in the past decade.
